REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN A GA SALESPERSON LICENSE:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school graduate or a holder of a certificate of equivalency.
- Be a resident of Georgia, unless seeking a non-resident license.
- Complete an approved Pre License course.
- Pass the school final exam with a 72% or better.
- Pass the state final exam with a 72% or better.
- Present a Criminal History Report.
- Present a Lawful Presence Form.
TO FULFILL THE 25HR POST LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
- Complete an approved Post License course.
- Pass a 1 hour school final exam with a 75% or better.
PRE-LICENSING EDUCATION
Pre-Licensing courses expire 6 months after the date of purchase. For any reactivation or extension of the course after the expiration, a fee of $50 for each 30-day extension will be applied. A total of 6 extensions are available. Students may also elect to re-enroll for a fee of $150, if the course has hit the year expiration or the student wants to repurchase and restart the course and enrollment. Extensions or reactivations cannot be granted beyond 12 months from the purchase of the course since, in all events, the course terminates 12 months after purchase.
POST-LICENSING and CONTINUING EDUCATION
Continuing Education courses must be completed within 12 months from the time of purchase. Each individual course will have an expiration date listed.Post-licensing course expires 1 year after the date of purchase. For any reactivation or extension of the course after the expiration, a fee of $50 for each 30-day extension will be applied. Students may also elect to re-enroll for a fee of $75, if the course has hit the year expiration or the student wants to repurchase and restart the course and enrollment.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS A SERIOUS VIOLATION OF THE GEORGIA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS TO SHARE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT EITHER THE SCHOOL OR STATE EXAMINATIONS.
This information is contained in 520-1-13(8) Examinations. Stating the following:
- An examinee’s supplying to others, or attempting to supply to others, any information concerning the content of any qualifying examination, administered by or approved by the Commission shall be grounds for denial of license or the imposition of any sanction permitted by O.C.G.A. Section 43-40-25
RETAKING THE COURSE
The state allows 2 attempts to pass the school final exam. If the exam is not passed after the second attempt, the student is required to retake the entire course. NCREE does offer a discounted rate. Contact the school staff for more information. info@garealestateclass.com or 470-545-5511
SCHOOL RECORDS
NCREE will maintain the following information in each student’s record for a period of at least five years per GREC Rules & Regulations: student's name, address, date of enrollment, course title, and records reflecting attendance and certifying score.
REPORTING CREDITS TO GREC/PSI
NCREE will electronically submit to GREC within 24-48 business hours of the student completing the course and/or passing the school final exam. If a state exam is required, students will receive an email from the state testing center, AMP/PSI, within 48-72 business hours with information on how to register.
REFUND POLICY
NCREE will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and the course is not more than 50% completed.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
NCREE will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, familial or handicap status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards for successful completion of any course.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
NCREE is taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 based upon the Governor’s guidelines. If you develop any symptoms, test positive or just don’t feel well, please do not enter the premises.
SCHOOL INFORMATION AND APPROVAL
NCREE is an approved real estate school by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for the purpose of offering Salesperson Pre License, Broker Pre License, CAM Pre License, Post License, and Continuing Education courses. NCREE approval code: 7863 Renewal date: December 31, 2024.
SALES TAX
Due to the tax law which mandates that online businesses must collect sales tax in certain states, if your state requires sales tax to be collected, it will automatically be added to the total amount due at checkout.
